- 过去二十年间,性发育异常(disorders of sex development,DSD)的外科治疗理念已由传统的婴儿期解剖"正常化"转变为以患儿为中心、强调多学科团队协作的个体化治疗模式。目前临床实践中仍存在对于DSD患儿治疗原则和外科干预时机把握不规范的情况。本文结合国内外相关文献和笔者临床体会,探讨并规范DSD患儿的总体治疗原则与外科干预时机,以避免因错误干预而造成不可挽回的后果,并改善患儿远期生活质量。
- Abstract:
- Over the last two decades,surgical philosophy for disorders of sex development (DSD) has shifted from traditional anatomical ’normalization’ during infancy to a patient-centered,individualized treatment model emphasizing multidisciplinary team collaboration.Currently,non-standardized practices regarding therapeutic principles and the timing of surgical interventions for pediatric DSD have remained prevalent.Through integrating the relevant domestic and international literature with personal clinical experiences,this review focused upon the surgical timing as well as the general management principles for DSD children.The overall objective was to avoid irreversible consequences caused by inappropriate interventions and enhance the long-term quality-of-life for DSD children.
