摘要:
本文报道1例25天女婴左侧肾脏未成熟畸胎瘤病例。患儿因腹部肿物入院,伴重度贫血,影像学提示左肾巨大占位,穿刺病理考虑畸胎性肿瘤。经多学科会诊讨论后,予术前纠正贫血、抗感染等准备,全身麻醉下行左侧肾脏肿瘤完整切除术,术中处理脾脏血管受压等情况。术后病理确诊为2级未成熟畸胎瘤,未行化疗,经5年随访,患儿无肿瘤复发,脾脏功能恢复正常,预后良好。
