- 肱骨髁上开放性骨折及肱静脉破裂伴多发腕部骨折、神经损伤是一种罕见的儿童急性多发性创伤。迄今为止,国内外文献鲜有报道。本文报道四川省骨科医院儿童骨科1例经急诊手术成功救治的儿童肱骨髁上开放性骨折伴肱静脉破裂、多发腕部骨折、神经损伤患儿的诊治经验。
