- 关节纤维束带是由于创伤等原因导致关节内血肿机化形成的异常纤维束，在关节运动时可能引起关节肿痛、关节嵌顿、软骨退变、周围骨髓水肿、关节积液等临床症状，也被称为纤维束带卡压综合征。本文回顾济宁医学院附属医院手足外科收治的1例纤维束带卡压综合征患儿资料，并结合文献总结该疾病的临床表现及治疗经验。
