摘要:
杜氏肌营养不良症(Duchenne muscular dystrophy,DMD)是一种严重的进行性肌肉萎缩性疾病,是小儿外科手术麻醉的危险因素,全面评估DMD在外科麻醉中的风险,有利于外科医师迅速制定最佳治疗方案,降低病死率。本文结合文献复习,阐述1例DMD合并急性坏疽性阑尾炎伴穿孔患儿的治疗经验,为DMD患儿急诊手术时的围手术期处理提供参考。
