摘要:
淋巴管畸形(lymphatic malformations,LMs)是一种良性病变,常见于头颈部,儿童腹膜后LMs较为少见,通常无临床症状,容易误诊,超声等检查可帮助诊断。手术是目前LMs的主要治疗方式。现将义乌市妇幼保健院3例儿童腹膜后LMs的诊治过程介绍如下,分析其误诊原因。
