摘要:
儿童微囊型淋巴管瘤因囊性病灶微小且弥漫,注射及手术治疗往往效果较差。本文报道1例经注射治疗效果欠佳,如手术治疗则范围广、创伤大、且无法完整切除的左下肢微囊型淋巴管瘤患儿诊治经过,探讨吸脂样硬化注射治疗儿童微囊型淋巴管瘤的可行性与安全性。
