摘要:
肝间叶性错构瘤是一种肝脏良性肿瘤,多见于2岁以下儿童,好发于肝右叶,通常无特征性症状及体征,较易误诊。本文总结了1例于上海市儿童医院就诊的少见的新生儿肝左叶巨大错构瘤病例临床资料,并结合国内外文献,总结该疾病的临床表现及治疗经验。
