摘要:
淋巴上皮囊肿又名良性淋巴上皮囊肿,其命名在临床上存在争议,既往有学者称之为鳃裂囊肿,该病临床上不多见,并且容易出现误诊,发生在儿童时期的颈深部淋巴上皮囊肿鲜有文献报道。本文报告1例误诊为颈部淋巴管瘤的颈深部淋巴上皮囊肿病例,探讨淋巴上皮囊肿的临床特点及诊疗难点,并结合文献对该病进行系统复习,为临床诊疗工作提供参考。
