- 随着微创技术的发展,腹腔镜气膀胱技术越来越多地应用于输尿管再植术中。为进一步规范腹腔镜气膀胱输尿管再植术操作,由国家卫生健康委小儿内镜外科专家委员会、中华医学会小儿外科学分会泌尿学组、中国医师协会小儿外科医师分会、山东省研究型医院协会小儿外科分会牵头,组织全国24位小儿泌尿与腔镜外科专家,围绕腹腔镜气膀胱输尿管再植术的适应证与禁忌证、手术原则及操作要点,制定《儿童腹腔镜气膀胱输尿管再植术操作指南(2024版)》。
- Abstract:
- With a rapid development of mini-invasive technology,pneumovesicum has been widely applied for ureteric replantation (UR).For further standardizing the procedures of laparoscopic pneumovesical UR,an expert panel of 24 pediatric urologists and laparoscopic surgeons in China was convened for drafting this guideline.It) focused upon the indications and contraindications,basic principles and surgical approaches of laparoscopic pneumovesical UR.
