儿童腹壁血管周上皮样细胞瘤1例及文献复习

- 血管周上皮样细胞瘤(perivascular epithelioid cell tumor,PEComa)是一种多见于成人的间叶型肿瘤,儿童少见。由于该病临床表现缺少特异性,确诊依赖于病理及免疫组化检查,因而术前诊断困难,容易漏诊、误诊。本文结合文献报道1例儿童腹壁血管周上皮样细胞瘤的临床特点及治疗经验,为临床诊疗工作提供参考。
