- 摘要:
- 血源性骨髓炎好发于长管状骨干骺端,其中骨骺骨髓炎较为罕见,易与肿瘤性骨疾患混淆,常发生延迟诊治,可能破坏骺板,造成严重的后遗症。本文报道2例股骨远端骨骺骨髓炎的临床表现、诊断和治疗方法,并对该疾病的特点进行阐述。
