- 长段型食管闭锁(long-gap esophageal atresia,LGEA)是小儿外科治疗难题之一,需分期手术。实现微创化治疗、缩短治疗周期并改善预后是临床医师和患儿家属的共同目标。近年来,通过磁吻合完成消化道无缝线吻合技术取得了长足进展,并在复杂消化道梗阻疾病中获得了理想的治疗效果。国内外均有利用磁吻合技术成功救治LGEA的病例报道。磁吻合实现空腔器官腔内吻合的特点为LGEA患儿重建食管结构提供了一种全新、微创、有效的治疗方法。随着对磁吻合技术的不断改良,尤其是电磁吻合(electromagnetic anastomosis,EA)技术的开发,有望突破传统磁吻合技术重建食管盲端距离≥3 cm的复杂LGEA。
- Abstract:
- As one of the challenging clinical dilemmas in pediatric surgery,LGEA (long-gap esophageal atresia) should be treated in stages.Mini-invasive treatment of shorter treatment time and improved outcomes are desired by both pediatric surgeons and parents.Recently magnamosis has been showing great promising in managing complicated gastrointestinal obstruction.Treating LGEA successfully through magnamosis has been reported by domestic or foreign authors.Based upon its own edge of healing hollow organs,magnamosis has provided a novel,efficient and mini-invasive therapy for LGEA.With constant improvements of magnamosis especially in EA (electromagnetic anastomosis),the shortcomings for a distance of cap length up to 3 cm or more may have been overcome.
