- 先天性肠闭锁是新生儿外科常见消化道畸形,不同分型、不同位置肠闭锁患儿临床表现各不相同,治疗方式及预后也不尽相同。本文就不同部位及不同分型肠闭锁的病理特征、手术方式及并发症的研究进展进行综述。
- Abstract:
- Congenital intestinal atresia (CIA) is a common congenital digestive tract malformation in neonatal surgery.Various types and locations of CIA have different clinical manifestations,treatments and outcomes.This article reviews the research progress of pathdogical features surgical methods and complications of intestinal atresia in different locations and rypes.
