- 肾脏恶性横纹肌样瘤（malignant rhabdoid tumor of kidney，MRTK）是一种临床上少见、主要发生于儿童的高度侵袭性、恶性肿瘤。昆明市儿童医院采取介入栓塞联合开放手术治疗外伤后儿童肾恶性横纹肌样瘤破裂1例，疗效满意。
