- 神经母细胞瘤手术复杂危险，极具挑战。尽管外科手术的水平高低难以被科学定量评估，且这种艰苦手术对于患儿生存获益的贡献还有不同的意见，但就神经母细胞瘤治疗而言，外科手术仍然是必须的，而且要努力做到更好。临床应努力创新各种技术方法，拓展微创手术，提高神经母细胞瘤的外科治疗效果。
- Abstract:
- Neuroblastoma surgery is rather complex, lethal and challenging.There are practical difficulties in scientifically evaluating its surgical performance.And clinicians cast doubts about its contribution to ultimate patient survival.Surgical techniques should be constantly improved to boost the surgical efficacy for neuroblastoma through developing a variety of new technologies and refining the application of mini-invasive surgery.
