先天性胫骨前外侧成角伴踇趾多趾畸形4例及文献复习

- 摘要:
- 先天性胫骨前外侧成角伴踇趾多趾畸形临床上罕见，容易误诊为先天性胫骨假关节。文献报道先天性胫骨前外侧成角伴踇趾多趾畸形与神经纤维瘤病或胫骨假关节无关，胫骨向前外侧成角畸形仅在胫骨中段，腓骨正常。2014—2019年湖南省儿童医院收治4例先天性胫骨前外侧成角伴踇趾多趾畸形病例，本文结合文献介绍4例诊疗经验。
