- 近年来儿童泌尿系结石发病率有所上升,主要以上尿路结石为主,外科手术是主要治疗手段。随着医疗技术的发展,输尿管软镜技术、各种改良微创经皮肾镜取石术、腹腔镜肾盂/输尿管切开取石术以及外科机器人辅助切开取石术等新兴技术逐步运用于儿童泌尿系结石的治疗中。虽然治疗手段多样,但每种技术都有其优缺点,了解每种技术的特点,有助于为儿童上尿路结石患者做出更合适的治疗选择。
- Abstract:
- In recent years, the incidence of upper urinary calculi has spiked in children.Surgery is a major treatment.With rapid developments of medical technology, such new techniques as soft ureteroscopy, various modified mini-invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy, laparoscopic pyel/ureterolithotomy and robotic assisted lithotomy have been applied in clinical practices.However, each technique has its advantages and disadvantages.Understanding the unique characteristics of each technique may assist clinicians to make optimal choices for children with upper urinary calculi.
