- 吲哚菁绿(indocyanine green,ICG)荧光成像技术作为精准医疗引入的新兴技术之一,能够从分子、细胞功能水平实现人体组织结构的实时成像;其不仅能在手术中实时导航、检测,而且能实时评估吻合口血运和进行血流动力学监测,目前已广泛应用于外科各类手术中。本文主要阐述ICG荧光成像的特点、荧光成像技术在小儿外科各专业中的应用及其对于手术的意义等。
- Abstract:
- Indocyanine green (ICG) fluorescence imaging is one of the emerging technologies for the precision medicine, it can provide real-time imaging of the human structure from the cell and molecular level.The ICG fluorescence imaging is now widely employed in various surgeries, given its advantages of real-time navigation and testing during surgery, anastomotic perfusion assessment, and hemodynamics monitoring.This study mainly expounds the features of ICG fluorescence imaging, its application in different pediatric surgery specialties as well as its importance to surgery.
