- 目的 调查护理专业学生实习前共情能力现状并分析其与人格特征、自我效能的相关性,为有针对性地提高护理专业学生的共情能力提供依据。方法 采用方便抽样法抽取三所医学院校实习前的护理专业学生472名作为调查对象,使用一般资料调查表、杰弗逊共情量表、人格特征量表以及自我效能感综合量表作为调查工具,对护理专业学生的共情能力、人格特征及自我效能感进行调查。结果 实习前护理专业学生共情能力总得分为(105.24±12.00)分。实习前护理专业学生的性别、是否独生子女、家庭所在地、学校是否开设人文相关课程、入校以来参加志愿者活动次数、是否理解共情含义是影响护理专业学生共情能力的相关因素,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而学历、是否担任学生干部、家庭经济收入、每月消费水平、家属是否从事医疗工作的护理专业学生共情能力得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理专业学生实习前共情能力得分与宜人性、尽责性人格存在较强的正相关(P<0.05),与学习自我效能、一般自我效能亦存在较强的正相关(P<0.05)。结论 三所医学院校护理专业学生实习前共情能力得分处于中等水平,院校可以通过鼓励学生参加志愿者活动,开设相关人文课程来提升护理专业学生的共情能力;临床实习过程中护生自身需加强相关人文训练,实习医院应加强护生人文关怀能力的培训。培养宜人、尽责的人格特质以及较强的自我效能感可能有助于护理专业学生共情能力的提升。
- Abstract:
- Objective To explore the current status of empathy capacities of nursing students prior to internship and examine its influencing factors so as to provide rationales for enhancing their empathy capacities. Methods A convenient sampling method was utilized for selecting 472 nursing students from three medical colleges as interns.The questionnaires of General Data,Jefferson Sympathy Scale,Personality Characteristic Scale and Self-efficacy Comprehensive Scale were employed.The capacities of empathy,personality and self-efficacy of nursing students were examined. Results Prior to internship,the empathy capacity of nursing students was (105.24±12.00).Prior to internship,gender,whether or not only child,family residing place,whether or not a school offering humanities-related courses,frequency of volunteer activities since entering school and whether or not understanding empathy as an influencing factor of empathy capacity of nursing students.And the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).No significant difference existed in empathy scores between nursing students with education background,whether or not student cadre,family income,monthly consumption level or whether family member practicing medicine (P>0.05).A strong positive correlation existed between the scores of empathy capacity of nursing students prior to internship and pleasant and conscientious personality (P<0.05) and a strong positive correlation with self-efficacy and general self-efficacy (P<0.05).Conclusion The empathy score of nursing students at three colleges is at a moderate level prior to internship.The empathy may be further enhanced by encouraging student participation in volunteer activities and offering the relevant humanistic courses.Nursing students and their internship hospitals should strengthen the relevant humanistic training,cultivate pleasant and responsible personality traits and maintain a strong sense of self-efficacy.
