摘要:
目的探讨腹腔镜下儿童脾切除术的手术方法及治疗经验。方法2007年4月至2011年8月我们对35例儿童实施腹腔镜下脾切除术。其中男18例，女17例，年龄4岁10个月至16岁3个月，平均年龄8岁7个月。结果35例中，2例因脾蒂血管出血而中转开腹手术，2例因脾脏巨大无法装入取物袋而于主操作孔处增加约5cm长辅助切口取出脾脏，其余患儿均顺利完成手术。手术时间70～180min，平均125min；术中失血15～200mL，平均25mL。35例患儿均恢复顺利，术后住院6～10d，平均7d。29例术后随访3～25个月无异常。结论腹腔镜下脾切除术安全可行，创伤小，患儿恢复快。
Abstract:
Objetive To review our experience in Laparoscopic splenectomy in children.MethodsFrom April 2007 to June 2011，35 children (18 boys and 17 girls) aged from 4 years and 10 months to 16 years and 3 months (mean 8 years and 7 months)underwent laparoscopic splenectomy .ResultsThe operation in the all cases had been performed successfully without any severe complications. The average time of the operation was 125 minutes. The average bleeding volume during the procedure was 25 ml.ConclusionLaparoscopic splenectomy is safety in children. And it is beneficial to be of lesser trauma during procedure and shorter time for recover.
