MRI在儿童脊髓内皮样囊肿伴皮肤窦道感染诊断中的价值

- 目的 探讨儿童脊髓内皮样囊肿伴窦道继发感染的MRI特征性表现及其诊断价值。 方法回顾性分析7例经手术及病理检查证实的脊髓内皮样囊肿伴皮肤窦道继发感染患儿的临床和MRI资料。所有患儿术前均行MRI平扫检查，5例行MRI增强检查。 结果 5例位于腰段椎管内，1例位于胸段，1例同时累及胸腰骶段。7例皮样囊肿在平扫T1WI上均呈低信号，在T2WI上呈高信号，6例信号均匀，1例信号不均。7例皮肤窦道在T1WI和T2WI上均呈等或低信号。5例增强检查，1例无强化，4例囊壁轻度强化，2例窦道线样强化。 结论 MRI能很好显示脊髓内皮样囊肿及皮肤窦道的发生部位、形态以及信号特点，对其诊断具有重要价值。
