小儿巨大骶尾部畸胎瘤的手术治疗
- 摘要:
- 直径超过10cm的骶尾部肿瘤,约占小儿骶尾部畸胎瘤的33%[1]。因瘤体侵犯盆底组织广泛,故手术损伤较大,技术要求高。本院近年来共收治小儿巨大骶尾部畸胎瘤37例,现报告如下。
