- 医学期刊是医院学科建设的影响者、推动者。医学期刊为医院学科发展服务是其必然属性。学科发展铸就杂志的学术质量，提升了杂志的内涵与品牌，二者相辅相成，交相辉映。因此本文旨在探讨医学期刊如何更好地助力医院学科建设、反映医院的学科实力和构成医院学科建设的品牌要素，提出要以期刊的社会职能引领学科创新，以期刊的交流作用促进学科技术的规范与提升，以期刊的综述作用导航学科布局以及以期刊的编辑职能来促进学科人才成长等思路。
- Abstract:
- As a major attribute of hospital discipline development service,medical journals may impact and promote hospital discipline construction.This article discusses how medical journals can help hospital discipline construction and believes that medical journals reflect the discipline strength of hospitals and constitute the brand elements of hospital discipline construction.Discipline development builds the academic quality of journals and elevates connotation and brand.These two complement and reflect each other.Leading discipline innovation in social functions,existing journals shall promote discipline technical specification,guide course layout and boost subject talent growth.
