- 目的 探讨Salter骨盆截骨手术中髋臼骨块空间移位情况。方法 通过计算机工作站，分别采用两种骨块空间位移方式，对32例单侧髋脱位患儿术前进行Salter骨盆截骨手术模拟（模拟手术组Ⅰ和模拟手术组Ⅱ），分别测量各组髋臼指数和髋臼后方坐骨支至骶骨的空间距离，以32例术前组患儿的相对正常髋为相对对照组。结果 模拟手术组之间髋臼指数无明显差异（模拟手术组Ⅰ为13.45±2.45，模拟手术组Ⅱ为14.16±3.98，t = 0.86，P > 0.05），髋臼后方坐骨支至骶骨的空间距离有统计学差异(模拟手术组Ⅰ为19.72±3.34，模拟手术组Ⅱ为28.43 ± 4.87，t = 8.34，P < 0.001)；与相对对照组对比，两项指标均有统计学意义。结论 两种骨块空间位移方式，髋臼指数均能获得改善；但如果首先前移髋臼骨片，不仅能获得良好的矫形，而且能够减少髋臼后方软组织的阻挡。
