新生儿胃肠穿孔78例诊治分析
- 摘要:
- 目的 回顾性分析本院10年来新生儿胃肠穿孔患儿的诊治经过，探讨新生儿胃肠穿孔的手术时机及术式选择。 方法 1998年7月至2008年8月本院共收治新生儿胃肠穿孔患儿78例，其中胃穿孔15例，肠穿孔63例，观察分析指标包括穿孔部位、原发疾病种类、手术时间、手术方式以及临床疗效。 结果 78例中，治愈51例，治愈率为65.4%，发病后4 h内手术患儿治愈率达88.2%。 结论 早期手术治疗和选择合适的手术方式能有效提高新生儿胃肠穿孔患儿的治愈率，缩短治疗周期。
