- 目前,机器人手术作为一种创新微创手术技术,以其精准性和灵活性被成人外科各专业接受并得以快速发展,但现阶段基于成人开发的机器人手术器械限制了其在儿科疾病中的应用。作为一个新兴领域,小儿外科机器人手术面临许多挑战和困难。如何克服当前机器人手术系统的缺陷,如何创新手术入路和技术,未来如何改良机器人手术系统及其他手术器械,使之更适用于更小年龄的患者,以及如何开发新科技来提升手术的精度和减少患者创伤,是当下小儿外科医师急需探索和解决的问题。
- Abstract:
- Robotic surgery,an innovative minimally invasive technique renowned for its precision and dexterity,has been widely adopted and rapidly advanced in adult surgical specialties.However,instruments designed for adults currently limit the use of robotic systems in pediatric disorders.As an emerging field,robot-assisted pediatric surgery faces many hurdles.Pediatric surgeons must address how to overcome the shortcomings of existing robotic platforms,devise novel operative approaches and techniques,refine robotic systems and ancillary instruments for younger and smaller patients,and integrate new technologies that enhance surgical accuracy while minimizing trauma.These issues represent pressing areas for exploration and solution.
